Canadian Market Still Strong
Canadian MLS Statistics - December 2011
The national real estate market remained fairly strong in December. Sales, home prices, and listings were all up while inventory edged down slightly. The numbers for the year are not out yet but, I assume, they will show that 2011 was another strong year. Locally it continues to be a sellers' market with very few homes on the market and prices still strong in all ranges.
