Can You Believe This Weather??

February 3rd, 2012

Now this is a Thunder Bay winter I could get used to! This week is going to be unseasonably sunny and warm. I like it. Probably not the greatest for the outdoor winter activiities like skiing and snowmobiling. Even the outdoor rinks will take a bit of a beating but, overall, it makes old man winter a lot more tolerable for the vast majority of people. We actually have a weekend without Lindsa ...

Where is Spring??

March 28th, 2011

Although the temperatures continue to stay way below normal, the warm sun seemed to bring out a lot of home shoppers yesterday. We had a fantastic turnout at our open house on 169 Cherry Ridge Rd and it seems that a lot of people are getting into serious buying mode. Hopefully, everyone can find the home they are looking for because there is still a serious shortage of houses on the market.

Busy Weekend & A New Listing!

September 27th, 2010

It was another crazy September weekend - power skating for my just-turned-7, going-on-17 daughter (it's finally over!), show a house, family birthday party #4 this month, meet a client to see their house, and a hockey coach's meeting! All good stuff. And we are listing a beautifully restored character century home. Over 3400 square feet on a huge double lot in College Heights - it is fabulous ...

New Listings!

August 31st, 2010

Hello Everyone! I will have our two new listings in River Terrace uploaded on the website tomorrow. Both are just under construction and are on Clearwater Way. What a nice street this is going to be. Not a big street - more like a crescent because it is not a main thoroughfare thru the neighbourhood. Lots of nice homes and,I believe, it will be mostly complete by 2011. This is also one of the ...

The information that you submit does not come from your email and we do not receive it in our email so we have no way to know who sent it. We receive it in a section of our ...

I Finally Did It!

August 19th, 2010

Yes, it's true. I have finally joined the real estate business after 15 or so years of pleading from my mom (Gordie). I am a fully licensed "Salesperson" (the new term from the rules-makers to replace Sales Representative) and I have jumped in with both feet. I am really enjoying the dynamic pace of the profession and I think it is a great new challenge to take on. For those who don't know me ...

I look forward to being able to continue to deliver an even stronger level of service to all of our clients - whether b ...
